United Way of Polk County

The United Way of Polk County is a system of people ...volunteers, professionals, contributors, and clients working together to make our community a better place for everyone.

The United Way of Polk County helps people who really need help by providing funding to over 25 partner agencies which address basic needs of food, shelter and clothing, child abuse and neglect, domestic violence, counseling, persons with disabilities, youth, elderly, and emergency care and training.

The United Way of Polk County is the only non-profit organization where volunteers review local needs and distribute funds, ensuring money raised is wisely spent to help people right here in our area.

Help us make a difference! If you are an employer, please consider raising money through an employee giving campaign. If you are an employee, ask your company to get set up a work place giving campaign.
